How to Manage Your Home Without Losing Your Mind by Dana K. White has been a game-changer for me, especially as someone with OCD who struggles with the need for perfection. White’s approach is refreshingly realistic and forgiving, which is exactly what I needed. She emphasizes starting with small, manageable tasks and building habits over time, which helps me avoid feeling overwhelmed by the need to do everything perfectly. Her personal journey and humorous take on household chaos make the process feel less daunting and more achievable. This book has helped me find a balance between maintaining order and accepting that things don’t always have to be perfect to be good enough.
